Exercise is also good for your brain."
If you're eating a crappy diet, exercising isn't going to just cancel it out. There are plenty of reasons to eat healthily. We all know that, but it's worth a reminder, at least for me. So here it is: "the Nigerian diet is high in fiber and carbohydrates and low in fat and animal protein...the Chicago diet is 40 percent to 45 percent fat and high in processed foods." Chew on that.
