Although I feel like I'm in a constant state of change and growth (well that's life, isn't it?!), the second half of 2014 and 2015 were hugely transformational for me on many levels. Sometimes I think it'd be nice to just chill and let things settle down a bit, but let's be real: I have big plans for 2016 and the word "settle" has no place amongst them.
One of my biggest lessons of the past year and a half is that I can definitely communicate more clearly, and that in order to expect things of people I need to be specific in what I ask of them. (Apparently I need to work on my throat chakra; I suppose it's no coincidence that when I'm sick I feel it first in my throat!)
In the spirit of communicating, here's the first of my asks:
Help me help you. I would LOVE if you, my awesome Balancing Wellness friends, would subscribe to my YouTube channel. Leave comments on what you like and don't like, and let me know what you want me to add. I always take requests in my in-person classes, and really enjoy creating classes with someone in mind. It can be "hey, I really want to be able to do a handstand in 3 months" or "my achey back makes sleeping miserable" and I'll work on some videos and post them as soon as I can.
And if you like the videos check out my Patreon page and consider becoming a patron. I started it so I could keep my videos free on YouTube, but it does take time and energy to plan, film, edit, and post them, and the more support I get the more videos I can make! (Plus Patreon has rewards - and who doesn't love that?!)
