I try my hardest to use natural remedies and while I did resort to a bit of DayQuil and NyQuil, I credit lots of fresh fruits and vegetable juice, ginger shots, extra fluid, hot tea, honey, menthol steam showers, oregano oil nasal spray (thank you, Sprouts!), extra sleep, and the below sinus pressure point massage for getting me back to 100%.

Spend 10 seconds massaging each of the following areas: nostrils, upper inner eyes, cheek bones, cheekbones to the back of your earlobes, and earlobes. Repeat as needed. You'll probably have to blow your nose right after, but that's a good sign that things are draining :)
